As of 8/24, the Board has been informed of a community-led effort to address our Muscovy duck population and is pausing further action until the next Board meeting.
We're writing to give the community a clear, honest update on the Muscovy duck situation. We want to lay out what's happened, why we've made the decisions we have, and what happens next.
The August Boarding Meeting will not take place this month. We will resume with our next regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 10th.
Spring is upon us again! The 2026 Board of Directors have been working diligently to provide improvements and updates for our community. We are also seeking volunteers for events and making positive changes to our Governing Documents.
Please take extra caution when driving through the community and remind children about staying safe while riding bikes or playing near the street.
Feeding animals can make them lose their natural fear of people, which increases the risk of aggressive behavior and creates safety concerns for everyone.
