Irrigation Update

UPDATE 4/22: Reclaimed water has been turned back on by the city. Please test your sprinklers to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Due to sidewalk repairs and replacement work, there might have been some damage to the irrigation system. If you suspect that your irrigation system has been affected, it is crucial to act promptly. Please reach out to Mark Sevigny at the Seminole County Roads-Stormwater division by calling (407) 665-5620 as soon as possible. UPDATE 4/21: The city has turned the reclaimed water off to allow for construction crews to fix the broken lines. No ETA has been given for it to be turned back on.

ORIGINAL POST 4/17: Dear Homeowners and Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you that the HOA-managed irrigation system will be temporarily turned off due to concrete pouring work in our community. This step is crucial to avoid any potential damage to both the new concrete and our irrigation infrastructure.

We kindly ask each homeowner to please turn off your personal irrigation systems during this period as well. This collective effort will help protect our community's improvements and infrastructure.

The irrigation will be turned back on Friday, April 19th. Rest assured, any necessary repairs to the system will be addressed promptly and with proper authorization to ensure there are no delays.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We appreciate your support in keeping our community looking great.
