Annual Meeting Moved to Nov 14th

In light of the recent events, we wanted to inform you that our originally scheduled Annual Election was cancelled on October 10th, but has now been rescheduled for Thursday, November 14th. Please be assured that you will receive, if you haven't already, all the updated information necessary to participate in this important event. 

We kindly ask you to use the items from the original mailer, including the Ballot, Proxy, and Envelopes, to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Additionally, we have attached an updated "Intent to Candidate" form for those interested in a possible Board Director position. We encourage all interested candidates to consider this opportunity to contribute to our community's leadership.

The 2024 Annual Sterling Meadows Election & Budget Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 14th at 5:30pm. The meeting will be located at the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office at 100 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL 32773. Please arrive at 5:30pm for registration. If quorum of 21 homeowners and proxy is met, the Election Meeting will begin at 6:00pm.
